Soo yesterday (Monday) I finally started to get on top of things and start dieting properly.

Yesterday I was 20ish over my calorie allowance (1200) and today I was under by 300! :D

I’ve been using myfitnesspal on my phone to track all my calories and it works really well. I’ve had stuff like crumpets, bananas, sweet potatoes, and veggie burgers, things like that. I haven’t slipped with the fizzy drinks yet either (I’m drinking Pepsi max at the moment but it has zero calories so its kind of ok hahah)

So I’m supposed to weigh myself tomorrow but I’ve decided to wait til next Wednesday after I’ve given it a good week or so. I start my new job on Monday so that will help too, I’ll make sure to get healthy lunches!

Failed :(

Sooo, I have failed so far these last couple of days :(

Becauuuse

  • I haven’t eaten healthy food, I haven’t been eating loads but I haven’t cut white bread out yet
  • I’ve had so much Coca Cola/Pepsi, a few pints of Pepsi in the pub last night and today I’ve had a 500ml bottle of coke and I’m halfway through the second one, I can’t actually resist it it’s terrible! I need to stop this soon! 

So my plans are to

  • Start weaning myself off Coca Cola/Pepsi, by having diet/max/zero from now on
  • I have a final job interview tomorrow (yey!) so this will mean I won’t be skint anymore, and will be able to join the gym and start going after work (it’s a 9-5 so that would be pretty damn cool)
  • Starting tomorrow, cut out the bad food. In all fairness the only thing I’ve eaten is white bread, cheese, and oven chips, and although these are crap they’re not actually that hard to cut out at all. It’s mostly the fizzy stuff I need to quit asap.

I’m going to be updating this blog every day (hopefully) so I’ll keep at it! 

If anyone can recommend any cool weight loss blogs especially ones for the vegetarian diet, that would be really cool :)
